All content, features, and functionality of su:time — including but not limited to the brand name "su:time", the slogan "lazy but trying.", the mascot "Oksu", all website design elements, graphics, UI/UX layout, business model, feature concepts (including Pure Focus Timer, Study Partner Matching, Elite Prep Pass, and Founding Member Program), and any associated intellectual property — are the exclusive property of su:time and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
⚠️ Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this Platform — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of applicable intellectual property laws. su:time reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual or entity found to be in violation of these rights.
The Founding Member Offer is available exclusively to the first 100 users who join the su:time waitlist and subsequently subscribe to a paid plan. Founding Members receive a lifetime-locked monthly rate as follows: Focus Pass at $4.99/month (regular price $6.99/month) and Elite Prep Pass at $14.99/month (regular price $39.99/month). This rate will not increase for active Founding Members as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. su:time reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or services with reasonable notice. The Founding Member rate applies to the subscription price only and does not guarantee the availability of any specific feature in perpetuity. Cancellation of a Founding Member subscription forfeits the lifetime rate permanently.
The 1:1 mentor chat session included in the Elite Prep Pass is subject to mentor availability and is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. su:time does not guarantee the availability of a specific mentor or a specific session time. Mentor matching is provided as a supplementary feature and may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to operational reasons.
su:time is an academic productivity tool designed to support study habits and focus. The Platform does not guarantee any specific academic outcome, examination result, or professional achievement. All study plans, templates, and pace-tracking features are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. su:time expressly disclaims any liability for examination performance, licensing results, academic grades, or any other outcome related to a user's studies. Results may vary based on individual effort, preparation, and external factors beyond the Platform's control.
Users agree to use su:time in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund, at su:time's sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, su:time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform. su:time's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Michigan, except where prohibited by law. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits to the extent permitted by applicable law.
